At EmsanaRx, Greg leverages his prior experience working as the pharmacy lead for Premise Health, during which time he maintained the highest levels of operational efficiency, clinical excellence and customer service to provide value within the greater pharmacy healthcare ecosystem. Drawing from this experience, as well as time spent as Pharmacy Supervisor for Walgreens and Senior Pharmacy Consultant for Blue & Co., Greg listens to scores of employers across all industries to customize the highest quality clinical care solutions with the lowest costs for EmsanaRx customers. While in a previous role, Greg led a pharmacy organization that won the 2018 PBMI award for innovation and the 2019 APhA Pinnacle Award. He was also the first community pharmacist appointed by the HHS Secretary to the National Advisory Council for the Agency of Healthcare Research and Quality, where he further advanced the role of pharmacy to improve public health outcomes.

About the Speaker
Dr. Chiara Battelli was born in Fabriano, Italy. She completed medical school and her Oncology Fellowship in Rome. Eager to learn more about the basic mechanism of cancer development, she moved to the US to work in the laboratory of Dr. Maciag at Maine Medical Center Research Institute.
After completing the PhD program, Dr. Battelli decided to remain in the United States to follow her lifelong dream of practicing medical oncology. She completed the Residency Program in Internal Medicine at Maine Medical Center and then the Fellowship Program in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston.
She returned to Maine and joined New England Cancer Specialists in September 2013. Dr. Battelli became president and lead physician of the practice in 2018. Her practice focuses on the treatment of breast cancer. She is particularly interested in clinical and translational research, quality improvement, and medical education. In her spare time Dr. Battelli enjoys her family, her friends and her two English Setters. She loves to travel the world, to experience different cultures and their food.

Dr. Sibel Blau is a Hematologist and Oncologist with special interest and expertise in breast cancer, multiple myeloma and stem cell transplant.
She is the Medical Director at Northwest Medical Specialties, PLLC, where she also runs the clinical research and Precision Medicine program.
She is one of the founding members and the President/CEO of the Quality Cancer Care Alliance Network (QCCA) that is a national organization with a focus of value-based care, education, and research as well as Exigent Research, an innovative research network of independent practices throughout the US to provide high quality, accelerated and accessible research to the communities where patients are treated. She is a board member and past President of Washington State Medical Oncology Society (WSMOS). She is involved in multiple committees at national organizations like ASCO, COA, ACCC.
She is also a member of All4cure, which is a transparent platform for discussion between experts in myeloma, researchers, scientists and patients.
She is the founder and president of the Journey Fund which is a community-based, not-for-profit organization committed to cancer patients facing barriers that affect their treatment with donations and community resources that make it possible for us to assist cancer patients facing social, financial, or emotional obstacles, toward a courageous journey, with dignity.

About the Speaker
Stephanie Broadnax Broussard is a board-approved LCSW Supervisor (LCSW-S), Certified Advanced Palliative and Hospice Social Worker(APHSW-C), and a Certified Advanced Care Planning Facilitator and Trainer. A proud Louisiana native, she graduated from Louisiana Tech University. She continued to the University of Texas at Arlington, where she received her Master’s degree and is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree at the University of Kentucky. Stephanie is the Director of Palliative Care and Social Work at Texas Oncology and a therapist in private practice.
Stephanie enjoys educating the community and other clinicians on the importance of end of life care, communication, understanding the needs of the communities we serve, social justice, and health equity.
As a motivational speaker and educator, Stephanie engages and challenges her audiences with her witty yet straightforward approach. The versatility in her messages has afforded her opportunities to grace national and local platforms. Stephanie also enjoys sharing these messages and moments on her podcast, “It Comes with Living.”
Stephanie serves her community in many capacities. Stephanie currently serves on the Board of Directors for community organizations; Women In Power Empowering and Care and Prepare ( Formerly Coalition For Quality End of Life Care). Stephanie is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Although proud of her professional accolades, Stephanie holds being the Wife to Cory and the mother of her two boys, Cory and Corben, as her most significant honor. A self-declared “foodie,” Stephanie believes she has a chef’s palette. Still, she is keenly aware that has not translated into an ability to make great food.

About the Speaker
Dr. Cosgrove specializes in general adult oncology with advanced subspecialty expertise in gastrointestinal (GI) cancers. He is a strong advocate for bringing leading edge therapies to his patients through clinical trials. He serves as co-chair on The US Oncology Research Network’s national GI Research Committee and as a principal investigator for many network studies. He was the Director of Research for Compass Oncology until early 2022, when he took on the role of Medical Director for his practice.
He was Physician Champion at Compass Oncology for the Oncology Care Model from 2017-2022 and currently leads Value Based Care initiatives within a robust Quality Program at this site.
Dr. Cosgrove’s approach to patient care is very team oriented. He strives toward open communication by encouraging questions and ongoing follow up from patients and families, and nurturing care team members to bring their contributions to the fore. He is a source of information for his patients and a caring sounding board for emotional support. In his spare time Dr. Cosgrove remains an avid soccer player, and occasional golfer. He enjoys the Oregon outdoors with his wife and two young daughters.

About the Speaker
Dr. Michael Diaz joined Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) in 2011 and is currently President and Managing Physician for the statewide practice. He serves on the FCS Executive Board and as Director of Patient Advocacy for the practice.
As a hematologist and oncologist, Dr. Diaz has a deep interest in treating breast, lung, colorectal, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, skin and blood and bone marrow malignancies. In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Diaz provides leadership for a number of organizations, including serving as a current member and Immediate Past Chair of the Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation Board of Directors, which offers non-medical financial assistance to qualified cancer patients in Florida.
He serves as the Director of Patient Advocacy and Federal Legislative Committee Chair for the Florida Society of Clinical Oncology (FLASCO), as well as being a Past President. Dr. Diaz advocates nationally for cancer patients and practices by serving as the Immediate Past President of Community Oncology Alliance (COA) as well as the Co-Chair for the practices reform workgroup, which develops quality and value based alternative payments models.
He advocates for Florida Medicaid patients by serving on the Florida Medicaid Pharmaceutical and Therapeutics Committee to ensure access to state of the art, quality-based care, and advises the Florida Governor’s office and State Legislature by serving on the Florida Cancer Control & Research Advisory Council. Dr. Diaz is on the Board of Directors for the National Cancer Treatment Alliance, which works with regional/national employers as well as their health care coalitions to improve the understanding of quality and value-based cancer care and develop collaborative programs related to cancer care. Dr. Diaz also serves on the FCS Finance Committee.
As a part of his philanthropic commitment, Dr. Diaz is dedicated to providing medical care to populations who are underserved and has participated in numerous medical missions to Kingston, Jamaica.

As senior director of Provider Network Innovations & Partnerships, Rene is responsible for the development and implementation of alternative and performance-based contract models for their participating providers. This includes several value-based provider contracting initiatives such as accountable care organizations, pay-for-performance agreements, specialty care programs and other payment and system innovations. Most recently, Rene is the lead on developing several value-based networks throughout the state for accountable care organization arrangements.
Rene has worked with BlueCross® BlueShield® of South Carolina for 26 years. Prior to 2011, she was senior director for Provider Network Services. That area was responsible for network development and education of all the physician practices for BlueChoice® HealthPlan of South Carolina, a subsidiary of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. Both BlueCross and BlueChoice® are independent licensees of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
Before joining BlueCross, Rene was marketing manager for Aiken Regional Medical Centers. Her responsibilities included market research, strategic planning and physician recruitment for the community hospital.

About the Speaker
In his current position with COA, Bo Gamble has been responsible for the development of the principles and metrics associated with the Oncology Medical Home (OMH) program. Working with COA members and payers, the OMH program was developed in 2012 and participating practices began using this practice model immediately.
Robert “Bo” Gamble joined the Community Oncology Alliance (COA) in May 2011 as the Director of Quality and Value. Mr. Gamble brings a diverse range of cancer practice expertise at the national and local levels. His extensive experience includes 13 years’ experience as administrator at a multi-physician, multi-location oncology practice, and medical IT consulting to Big Eight accounting firms. Prior to that, he served in various health care capacities as an independent consultant for hospital patient accounting and IT implementation projects, National Director of Client Support for a health care software company, and business office manager for a 300+ bed hospital. He got his beginning as a hospital orderly during his college years.
Bo has also served as the President and Legislative Chairperson for the North Carolina Oncology Practice Management Society, a member of the COA Board of Directors, and the co-chair of the national COA Administrators’ Network.
Bo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Health Care Management from Appalachian State University.

About the Speaker
Park Ginder never saw himself as a Superintendent of schools. He graduated from Ball State University in 1986 with a BS in Art Education, received his master’s from IPFW in 1994, got his admin certification in 2002, an Ed.S. from IU Bloomington in 2007, before lastly receiving a Ph.D. at Purdue University in 2018.
He has been in education for 37 years, having taught art, computer graphics, and photography, and, also, coached high school baseball. He is currently in his second year as Superintendent of Southwest Allen County Schools in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Park has been living with CLL for five years. He is under the care of Dr. Shalini Chitneni, Dr. Ahad Sadiq, and Dr. Sunil Babu at Fort Wayne Medical Oncology and Hematology.
He has been married to his best friend, Gabrielle, for 34 years, and they have four children, who are all married, with seven grandkids.

Dr. Grubbs joined the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) in July 2015 as Vice President of the Care Delivery Department after 31 years as a practicing medical oncologist in Newark, Delaware at the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center. He served as managing partner of his independent medical practice, Medical Oncology Hematology Consultants, PA.
The ASCO Care Delivery department supports practicing oncologists both domestically and internationally through ASCO quality programs, practice business intelligence and support, payment reform and value-based care delivery design, practice education, and support of ASCO advocacy.
He is a chemical engineering graduate of Purdue University and graduate of the Thomas Jefferson University Medical School. Medical postgraduate training in Internal Medicine was completed at the Medical Center of Delaware and Hematology and Oncology at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
He served as the Principal Investigator of the Delaware Christiana Care NCORP and Board member of the NCI sponsored Alliance cooperative research group. He remains a member for the Alliance Foundation Board and Executive Committee. He is a member of the state of Delaware Cancer Consortium Council and the Early Detection and Prevention Committee. He is a past member of the ASCO Board of Directors as well as the Ethics, Finance, Research, and Government Relations Committees and past president of the Medical Society of Delaware.
Dr. Grubbs has served as a member of the National Cancer Institute Clinical Trials Advisory Committee, co-chair of the Clinical Trials Subcommittee of the NCI Community Cancer Centers Program (NCCCP), and the Institute of Medicine Committee on Cancer Clinical Trials and the NCI Cooperative Group Program.
He has been an active community based clinical trial investigator with the NCI sponsored CALGB, ECOG, NSABP, and Alliance Cooperative Groups since 1984 and is the recipient of the 2007 Association of Community Cancer Centers David King Community Clinical Scientist Award.

About the Speaker
Dr. Rajini Malisetti, referred by her peers as Dr. K, practices medical oncology and Hematology at Coon rapids, Minnesota. She has done her medical school in India and subsequently done her residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. She has completed her fellowship in Oncology and Hematology at Mayo Clinic and has been with Minnesota Oncology for the last 14 years.
Dr. Katipamula-Malisetti has presented at ASCO and the Mayo Clinic on various oncologic topics. She is also co-author of several research papers in such publications as the Journal of Clinical Oncology and Clinical Medicine. She is currently the Quality Medical Director for Minnesota Oncology and has been passionate about being engaged in this space.
Dr. Malisetti is especially interested in bringing clinical transformation by improving communication between payors and practices that would enhance care and bring value for oncology patients.
She has three daughters, one of them in college and in her free time, she enjoys reading and skiing. She loves to travel and plans to do more of that as time permits.

Dr. Scott Kruger is an Alpha Omega Alpha graduate of LaSalle University and Jefferson Medical School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then went on to serve in the United States Army where he completed his internship and Internal Medicine residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C. He completed his fellowship training in Hematology-Oncology at Letterman Army Medical Center and a visiting fellowship in bone marrow transplant at the Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
Dr. Kruger is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Oncology. He has served on numerous committees in both the U.S. and Europe and has been awarded both military and civilian honors which include: The Meritorious Service Medal (twice), Army Achievement Medal, the Commander’s Award for Excellence, and the National Red Cross Volunteer Award.
Dr. Kruger is Medical Director at Virginia Oncology Associates. He has also been involved in clinical trials and research and has developed numerous presentations. Dr. Kruger is an active member on the board of the US Oncology P&T committee where he serves as the chairman of the pharmacy subcommittee, as well as the chairman for the Institutional Review Board for Eastern Virginia Medical School.

Bill Lacy has over 35years experience in executive and financial leadership positions. Currently, Bill serves as the CEO for the Association for Corporate Health Risk Management (ACHRM), a membership-based organization comprised of progressive employers ranging in size up to 50,000 employees and best-in-class vendors (Sponsor Partners) and consultants seeking education, a venue to collaborate, innovative methodologies, disruptive technologies and other resources to more effectively contain their organization’s healthcare costs.
ACHRM has offered 300 virtual and in-person events since its launch in June, 2012 engaging more than 1,000 employers and other professionals. The Association has published several white papers, case studies and launched various pilots to introduce new methodologies to assist employers with their healthcare cost containment strategies. Recently, ACHRM was engaged by both a large mid-western City and mid-Atlantic County to analyze and design a healthcare cost containment plans, with upwards of $150 million dollars in savings.
Prior to ACHRM, Bill was CFO and COO for Business Health Services, a national Corporate Wellness and Behavioral Risk Management provider based in Baltimore, Maryland; and CFO for Planet Fitness PA based in Lafayette Hill, PA. Bill has also held executive positions with the Association for Corporate Wellness (ACW), BB&T (Equity) Bank, Exelon (PECO) Energy, Rainbow Industrial Products, NatWest, and Entre Advisors LLC. Bill is Adjunct Professor, Pfeffer University teaching MBA Finance and currently serves on the University of the Sciences’ Board of Visitors, and previously served on other not-for-profit and for-profit boards. Edward J. Licitra, MD, PhD received his PhD in Biochemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was a National Cancer Institute Predoctoral Fellow. He is a graduate of the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and also served his internship and residency there. Dr. Licitra was the recipient of the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School Research Award and was designated as the Medical School’s Department of Internal Medicine Outstanding Resident. He then completed a fellowship in Medical Oncology at the Cancer Institute of New Jersey and was an attending physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Medical Oncology. Dr. Licitra has been chosen as a Top Doctor in Oncology & Hematology by New Jersey Monthly magazine. He will serve as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Astera Health Partners. He is on the Board of Directors of OneOncology, The Community Oncology Alliance (COA) and the ION Advisory Board.

Aaron Lyss is the Senior Director of Payment and Policy Innovation for OneOncology, a national partnership of independent community oncology practices. Aaron has led a wide range of initiatives related to the integration of risk-sharing payment models and quality improvement, including the strategic planning and implementation support for practices’ participation in CMMI’s Oncology Care Model, and the development and ongoing management of similar commercial payer partnerships. He also serves on the board of directors for the Patient Advocate Foundation.
Prior to this role with OneOncology, Aaron was the Director of Strategy and Business Development for Tennessee Oncology, and prior to that served as a healthcare policy specialist for the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB).
Aaron earned his Master of Business Administration at the Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management, and his Bachelor of Arts degree at Washington University in St. Louis.

About the Speaker
Barbara L. McAneny, MD, a board-certified medical oncologist/hematologist from Albuquerque, N.M., became the 173rd president of the American Medical Association in June 2018. She has been a member of the AMA Board of Trustees between June 2010 and June 2020, serving as its chair in 2015–2016. Dr. McAneny is a fellow and former member of the board of directors of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), a master of the American College of Physicians, and a past president of the New Mexico Medical Society (NMMS), the Greater Albuquerque Medical Association and the New Mexico chapter of the American College of Physicians. In addition, she has served as a member of the Community Oncology Alliance Board of Trustees and on the board of directors of the Cancer Center Business Summit. She became the delegate to the AMA from ASCO in 2002 and was elected to the AMA Council on Medical Service in 2003, serving as its chair in 2009–2010. Dr. McAneny is one of the founders and current chair of the board of the National Cancer Care Alliance, a group of independent practices collaborating to use innovation to deliver high-quality, high-value cancer care and to develop new alternative payment models based on sound data-driven principles. Prior to this, she was a founding member of Oncology Circle, a group of oncology practices using data to promote best practices. Dr. McAneny’s interest in using data to improve practice sustainability began when she was appointed to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Service’s Practicing Physicians Advisory Council, where she served from 2002 to 2006. In 2012 Dr. McAneny received a $19.8 million grant from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation to demonstrate how oncology practices could use triage pathways to dramatically lower costs while improving outcomes. This award, named COME HOME (for Community Oncology Medical Home), later was incorporated into Medicare’s Oncology Care Model. Dr. McAneny also co- founded New Mexico Oncology Hematology Consultants Ltd. in 1987 with Clark Haskins, MD. A managing partner since 1999, she built New Mexico Cancer Center as the first physician-owned multi-disciplinary cancer center in the state with clinics in Albuquerque and Gallup. She also founded the New Mexico Cancer Center Foundation, which provides grants to help patients with nonmedical expenses. Dr. McAneny graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota in 1973 and with honors from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1977. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Iowa in 1980 and her fellowship in hematology/oncology at the University of New Mexico in 1983. About the Speaker
Dr. Mehindru is an accomplished physician executive with over 25 years of healthcare experience that includes population health, physician performance management and building physician alliances with clinical and financial integration. He is well known for taking vision and transforming it into reality through sound strategy development and execution.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Mehindru served as Chief Medical Officer for Wuesthoff Health System (now under Steward Health Care’s ownership) where he led the licensing of a new Coronary Cath lab with interventional capabilities along with the development of a new surgical program. In 2011, he joined AdventHealth Waterman as Chief Medical Officer where he spearheaded the establishment of a new hospitalist program, and also received recognition for excellence in seven metrics under Partnership for Patients (a CMS sponsored program to reduce harm and improve quality). He was the executive sponsor for QUEST, a national program for improving quality and reducing cost.
His continued success led to Dr. Mehindru’s appointment as the President of AdventHealth Physician Network, Tampa Bay (formerly called Physician Alliance of Florida Hospital) and AdventHealth Physician Network Ocala (formerly called Physician Health Partners at Munroe Regional). As the President of these Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs), and with his focus on population health management, he responsibly managed over 40,000 covered lives made up of; a self-funded employee health plan, a commercial health plan and Medicare beneficiaries. In his journey towards transforming health care from volume-based to value-based, Dr. Mehindru successfully built a network of over 1,000 physicians, established quality benchmarks and metrics, and bent the total healthcare spend cost curve from a historic annual increase of fifteen percent (15%) to just one percent (1%).
In his continued passion to improve outcomes for patients, Dr. Mehindru led the initiatives between the two major health systems in the Tampa Bay, Florida area, consisting of an exclusive health and wellness innovation partner for the first planned “Smart Gigabit Community,” a 160 employee Home Health Care company, and a Joint Venture with the largest local radiology physicians group, including 16 outpatient imaging centers.
Dr. Mehindru served as a member of AdventHealth West Florida Division Strategy and Growth Council that oversees strategic initiatives of this $1.5 billion revenue division. He also served as a judge and a council member for Innovation X, National Council of Presidents. This is an AdventHealth annual premier competition for start-ups and mid-stage innovative companies to present their solutions to top health challenges that align with strategic AdventHealth imperatives.
His participation on AdventHealth boards and committees also included the Population Health Service Organization, the Accountable Care Organization, and the Population Health IT.
Dr. Mehindru completed his internal medicine residency with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and emergency medicine residency with the University of Florida, and also received his executive MBA in healthcare management from University of Texas at Dallas.

About the Speaker
Ted Okon is a nationally recognized expert on the policy and politics of cancer care. He is quoted extensively in the press, including guest appearances on TV and radio news shows. Ted has testified before Congress on cancer issues and is frequently on Capitol Hill discussing the nation’s cancer care delivery system. Ted’s target areas of expertise include the cost of cancer treatment, health care reform, Medicare reimbursement, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), drug shortages, and the changing landscape of cancer care delivery in the United States.
Ted has dedicated his career to healthcare business and policy. He has worked for several pharmaceutical companies including Merck and Warner-Lambert, now part of Pfizer, and IMS Health. He co-founded and took public the health care information business Medical Marketing Group. He also founded two oncology companies (an oncology clinical research network and an information network) and has traveled extensively to China, India, Singapore, the U.K., and the Middle East, analyzing and discussing cancer care delivery.
As executive director of the Community Oncology Alliance (COA), Ted oversees the strategic direction of this non-profit organization dedicated to patients and providers in the community cancer care setting, under the direction of a dedicated board of oncologists and practice administrators. Ted also travels the country speaking to state oncology societies, professional organizations, and companies about the challenges facing the nation’s cancer care delivery system. He has authored numerous articles and studies relating to cancer care policy and politics, reimbursement, and clinical issues.
Ted holds a BS degree from Fairfield University and an MBA from the Carnegie-Mellon University Tepper School of Business. His wife, Susan, practiced as a certified oncology nurse.

Michael Thompson is the President and CEO of the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions (National Alliance). The National Alliance helps to lead improvements in health, well-being and value for our companies and communities across the country.
Prior to joining the National Alliance, Mike was a Principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for the 20 years. Thompson is a nationally recognized thought leader for business health strategies and health system reform. He has worked with major employers and other stakeholders on sustainable cost reduction, integrated health, wellness and consumerism, retiree health, private health exchanges and health reform. Known for developing and promoting collaborative cross-sector health industry initiatives, Mike participated on the steering board of the World Economic Forum’s “Working towards Wellness” initiative and co-founded the Private Exchange Evaluation Collaborative (PEEC). Prior to joining PwC, Mike served as an executive with diverse roles with Prudential Healthcare for over 17 years.
Mike is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, serving on the Health Practice Council, and chairs the Medicare Sub-Committee of the American Academy of Actuaries (AAA). He is also widely recognized as a leading national advocate for mental health and well-being and was Past President of the New York City chapter of the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI). Karen van Caulil, PhD, joined the Florida Alliance for Healthcare Value in 2011 as the President and CEO. She leads this nationally recognized business coalition on health, overseeing all activities and operations including research projects, educational programs, conferences, and member engagement. She served in leadership positions for the University of Central Florida College and the Health Council of East Central Florida.
Dr. van Caulil represents the Florida Alliance’s mission and work locally, regionally, and nationally, actively serving on numerous boards, advisory committees, and workgroups for organizations such as the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions, the Center for Workplace Mental Health, Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration, and the Florida Department of Health.

Importance of Good Quality Measures in Oncology
About the Speaker
Dr. Wilfong is Vice President of Payer Relations and Practice Transformation at McKesson and a practicing medical oncologist/hematologist, seeing patients at Texas Oncology locations in Dallas. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of Value Based Care and Quality programs at Texas Oncology and led the launch and implementation of the Oncology Care Model. He also served as medical director of Texas Oncology’s COVID-19 Task Force and was the physician lead for their electronic medical record conversion.
A committed advocate for community oncology, Dr. Wilfong’s focus is transforming cancer care to deliver better outcomes to patients by aligning patient goals and values with treatment options. In his role at McKesson, his priorities are helping define the future of value-based care payment reform, improving patient/physician communication, optimizing actionable analytics, and improving the quality of patient care.
He previously led the Value Based Physician Champion task force for The US Oncology Network and served as chair of the US Oncology Pathways Task Force. He volunteers on the ASCO quality measures task force and the ASCO guidelines committee. He has been honored to receive various teaching and community service awards.
In 2003, Dr. Wilfong completed a fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in hematology and medical oncology. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, Texas in 2000. He earned his M.D. from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, Texas in 1997. He earned a B.S. degree in mathematics at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas in 1993.
